Calling Like-minded Individuals

Given the technological advances of the last century, the potential to change the human condition has never been greater.

And yet, it seems that the same old stories play out time and again: monopoly, sociopathic design, and myopia.

As technology progresses faster and faster, it seems that we become obsessed with defensibility, "engagement," and instant gratification.

But what of the big questions? What of self-actualization?

Sometimes, it seems that the ship of civilization is running without anyone at the helm.

I don't claim to be an expert in these matters, but I find them important.

My aim for this newsletter is to explore the topic of living effective and rewarding lives, initially as individuals and eventually as communities, in these strange and wonderful times.
